Emergency Dental Care
If you experience an extreme emergency, including severe swelling, especially if it interferes with your breathing, or in case of a severe allergic reaction, please visit your hospital’s emergency room.
If you experience a dental problem of any type, be sure to call our practice as soon as possible.
If you have any of the following problems, you may have an urgent need that requires attention outside of normal office hours:
- Severe toothache
- Broken or cracked tooth/teeth with severe pain
- Permanent tooth that has been knocked out
We are here to help you when your dental health is at risk, and we'll do everything we can to make sure that you're treated as soon as possible. While dental emergencies are rare, they can happen.
If you need immediate attention after hours, call Dr Alvis' emergency phone number, and he will help you. Please be advised that after hours services are reserved for patients that are regularly seen in our practice.
Finally, please keep in mind that mild, and even moderate problems, along with routine treatment needs are generally much more efficiently taken care of during regular office hours when the staff members are available to assist in your care.
